While Oldsmobile may not be the first name that comes to mind when talking about performance cars, it'sd '70 Cutlass SX deserves more than just an "honorable mention." In 1970, Oldsmobile introduced the SX option - which was based on the Cutlass Supreme - but with a two-barrel 455 engine. Later in the year it could be ordered with other engines. The SX included all standard equipment along with distinct internal and external markings. Maybe it was your father's Olds - if you had a really cool father!
