2004 LAMBORGHINI GALLARDO - YELLOW (MAISTO) 1/18 Diecast Model Car 

This Maisto release of the model comes on the heels of Lamborghini’s impressive introduction of the Gallardo to the world at the Geneva Auto Show. The Gallardo, named after a famous breed of fighting bulls, marks the first time in over 10 years that Lamborghini will offer a second model line. Lamborghini as well as Maisto introduced the Murcielago last year. The Gallardo, originally code named the L140, is a 4-wheel drive mid-engine sports car that is powered by an all-new V10 cylinder engine capable of a stunning 500 horsepower. The car also features a 6 -speed gearbox with a traditional gearshift or a new sequential e-gear with shift paddles on the steering column.

Maisto’s replica exquisitely details the rear mounted 12-cylinder engine in such a way that you expect the replica to be as fast as the real car. Also highlighted are the brake calipers on all 4 wheels, the 6 speed gearbox, and delicate louvers on the rear body.

The model features opening doors, hood, and engine cover, with working rear suspension and front wheels operated by the steering wheel.
